How to solve the automatically restart problem?

The majority of the automatically restart problem is caused by unstable power supply or probelmatic Micro SD card, please try the solutions step by step:

The parking surveillance function doesn’t work when I shake the car.

The working principle of parking surveillance is the sameas recording video in emergency situations. It uses a gravity sensor (G-sensor) to sense, wake up the dash cam and record video.

Under normal circumstances, it is difficult for a person to shake the car or slam the door forcibly to simulate a large impact or acceleration similar to an accident. Therefore, it is normal that it doesn’t record an emergency video in a simulation.

Does the Pro Plus+ support voice control?

No. The Dash Cam Pro Plus+ doesn't support voice control.

How many languages does Pro Plus+ support?

Currently Pro Plus+ supports 9 languages. They are English, Russian, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Polish, Japanese, Spanish, Portuguese, and Thai.

How to solve the ADAS calibration failed problem?

Why the time needs recalibration every time?

1. Please check that your device has the correct time zone setting, as the GPS time service will recalibrate if your time zone doesn't match your current location;
2. Please update to the latest firmware version, which has fixed a number of GPS-related issues;
3. If the issue still exists, please take a video and share with us via help@70mai.com. The video should include: the process of time zone setting, the process of time zone jump, and the current time on your cell phone.

The time on my dash cam always changes. How to avoid this?

You may go to 'System settings' and turn off automatic time calibration.

There is no GPS information on real-time or recorded videos.

1. Where did you fail to receive signal, outside or inside?
2. When did this occur? On first use or after using the device for a while?
3. Is there a GPS symbol at the top of the dash cam screen during live recording? Or have you never seen it?
4. If you see a GPS symbol, can you also see GPS information next to it?
