Buy 70mai Dash Cam & Win Proton e.MAS 5

1.The "Buy 70mai Dash Cam & Win Proton e.MAS 5" (hereinafter referred to as "Contest") is jointly organized by 70mai Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "70mai"), a company incorporated in China and DM Dasher Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No.: 201401042171) (hereinafter referred to as "Dasher"), sole distributor of 70mai and incorporated in Malaysia. 70mai and Dasher are collectively referred to as "the Organiser" in this Contest.

2.This Contest is open to all individual customers of the Organiser who meets the following criteria:

1. 2.1be at least eighteen (18) years old or above during the Contest Period;
2. 2.2are citizen of Malaysia or an individual lawfully resident in Malaysia with valid pass, permit or visa;
3. 2.3have purchased one or more "Eligible Product" (defined hereafter) from "Authorised Sales Channel" (defined hereafter) between the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026; and
4. 2.4have successfully registered and connected the Eligible Products in the official 70mai Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as "70mai App") between the period from 1 January 2026 at 00:00:00 (GMT+8) to 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8). (hereinafter referred to as "the Eligible Customers")

3.The following persons  SHALL  NOT  be eligible to participate in this Contest:

1. 3.1director, permanent and contract employees of the Organiser (including its subsidiaries and/or related companies) and the direct family members (i.e. spouse, children and parents); and
2. 3.2any vendors, suppliers, contractors and third party directly involved in organising, managing and fulfilment of this Contest.

4.The Contest announcement date is 25 May 2026. The Contest entry window closes on 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8) (hereinafter referred to as "the Contest Period").

5.The Contest is open only to Eligible Customers with the purchase of Eligible Product within the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 and have successfully registered and connected the Eligible Product in the official 70mai App according to the terms and conditions contained herein.

6.The following 70mai dashcam models available for sale through Authorised Sales Channel in Malaysia during the period of 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2026 are eligible for entry into this Contest (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Product"). The Organiser reserves the right to amend the list of Eligible Products below from time to time during the Contest Period, including the addition of newly launched 70mai dashcam models. Any such updates shall take effect immediately upon publication on 70mai.my and the 70mai App.

7.The Authorised Sales Channel is referred to the following channel:

1. 7.1Shopee Malaysia — Official 70mai Store;
2. 7.2Lazada Malaysia — Official 70mai Store;
3. 7.3TikTok Shop Malaysia — Official 70mai Store;
4. 7.4https://70mai.my - 70mai Official Website;
5. 7.5Authorised 70mai dealers (including online retailers) in Malaysia;
6. 7.6Dasher Automotive outlet stores in Malaysia.

8.For the avoidance of doubt, the following products are expressly EXCLUDED and do not qualify for entry:

1. 8.1Accessories, including but not limited to the UP04 4G Hardwire Kit, UP03 Hardwire Kit, parking cables, rear cameras sold separately, and SD memory cards;
2. 8.270mai products other than dashcams (e.g., tyre inflators, jump starters, car vacuum cleaners and etc);
3. 8.3Products NOT purchased from Authorised Sales Channel; and
4. 8.4second-hand or pre-owned purchases.

9.The Organiser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Eligible Product and its source of purchase. Participants may be required to provide proof of purchase, including but not limited to order confirmation screenshots, receipts, invoices, or transaction records. Failure to provide satisfactory proof shall result in disqualification.

10.To participate in this Contest, the Eligible Customers will need to carry out the following steps:

1. 10.1Purchase one or more Eligible Product during the Contest Period;
2. 10.2Download the official 70mai App (available on iOS App Store and Google Play Store);
3. 10.3Create or log into a 70mai App account;
4. 10.4Register and activate the Eligible Product by connecting it to the 70mai App; and
5. 10.5Ensure the Eligible Product has been successfully registered not later than 31 December 2026 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8).

11.Each Eligible Product successfully registered in the 70mai App will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry and there is no maximum limit to the numbers of lucky draw entry entitled by each Eligible Customers. For example, an Eligible Customer has purchased three (3) Eligible Products and he/she has successfully registered all of the Eligible Products according to Paragraph 10 as above, the Eligible Customer is entitled to three (3) lucky draw entries.

12.The total lucky draw entries for each Eligible Customers will be calculated at the end of the Contest Period.

13.In the event of any technical difficulties with the 70mai App preventing registration, Eligible Customer may contact the customer service live chat at https://70mai.my or any E-commerce platform of 70mai Official Store for alternative registration arrangements. The Organiser shall not be held liable for any inability to register caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to device compatibility issues, internet connectivity, or server downtime.

14.The categories of prizes for this Contest are as follows:

15.The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or vouchers and will only be given to the winners as verified by the Organiser (hereafter referred to as "Winner").

16.All prices and values stated in any marketing and advertisement materials of this Contest are correct at the time of printing. Prize images shown in any marketing and advertisement materials are for illustration purposes only and may vary in certain aspects from the actual prize received.

17.The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to substitute any prize with any other item(s) of similar value which the Organiser will notify the Winner through any method of communication that the Organiser shall at its absolute discretion decide.

18.The Grand Prize will be awarded on an "as it is" basis without insurance. The Organiser makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition of the Grand Prize, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, quality, or merchantability. The Manufacturer's warranty terms shall apply for the Grand Prize.

19.The Organiser shall not be liable and/or responsible for any loss of or damage to the Grand Prize once it has been received and/or collected by the Winner.

20.Winners of this contest will be selected via an automated random selection system based on all valid entries received during the Contest Period pursuant to these terms and conditions.

21.The Organiser will conduct the draw of successful winner on or before 15 January 2027 (hereinafter referred to as "Draw Date"). The Organiser may, at its discretion, livestream the shortlisting draw process via its official social media and sales channels (e.g., TikTok Live, Shopee Live) for public transparency. The exact date, time, and venue will be announced on the Organiser's official social media accounts and via the 70mai App. The Organiser reserves the right to change the draw date based on operational requirements.

22.On the Draw Date, the Organiser will draw one (1) Eligible Customer from all valid entries received during the Contest Period as the lucky winner of the Grand Prize.

23.The Organiser will contact the Lucky Winner via the email address registered in the 70mai App. If the Lucky Winner failed/neglected to respond to the Organiser's email within ten (10) working days from the date of email sent by the Organiser, the Organiser shall proceed to draw the new lucky winner and the steps stipulated in this clause shall apply. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that their contact information in the 70mai App is accurate and up to date.

24.The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any failure of notification caused by inaccurate contact details, network failures, spam filters, or any other reason beyond the Organiser's reasonable control.

25.The Grand Prize Winner must claim the Grand Prize within thirty (30) days from the date of confirmation as Grand Prize Winner. Failure to do so shall result in automatic forfeiture of the Grand Prize.

26.To claim the Prize, the Winner must present the following:

1. 26.1Original MyKad / passport or valid identification document;
2. 26.2Proof of purchase of the qualifying 70mai dashcam (e.g., original receipt, order confirmation, invoice);
3. 26.3The registered 70mai dashcam device for physical verification (if requested); and
4. 26.4Any other documents reasonably requested by the Organiser.

27.The Grand Prize Lucky Winner may be required to attend a prize presentation ceremony at a time and place to be determined by the Organiser.

28.The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right upon giving reasonable notice to alter, shorten, cancel, suspend or terminate this Contest or any part thereof by giving a notice through any mode in the absolute discretion of the Organiser.

29.For the avoidance of doubt, the alteration, shortening or suspension of the Contest Period or the suspension or termination of this Contest by the Organiser shall not give rise to any claim or compensation by you or any other persons whatsoever against the Organiser for any losses or damages suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the alteration, shortening, cancellation, suspension or termination.

30.The Organiser shall not be liable for any losses, damages or cost incurred or suffered by any Eligible Customers as a result of your participation in this Contest. Furthermore, the Organiser shall not be liable for any default of its obligation under this Contest due to any force majeure event which includes but not limited to the act of God, war, riot, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.

31.The terms and conditions of this Contest shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

32.The Organiser may at its discretion disqualify and/or reject any participant and/or Eligible Customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions stated herein and/or found or suspected of tampering with this Contest and/or its process or the operations of this Contest. Tampering shall include fraudulent activities involving any act of deceit and/or deception and/or cheating with regards to this Contest and/or the Organiser's social media platforms and/or 70mai Apps.

33.Any such variation of any of the terms and conditions herein shall be binding on you and be deemed to be brought to your attention through any notice displayed at the Organiser's website at https://70mai.my.

34.By participating in this Contest, you agree and consent to allow your personal data being collected, processed and used by the Organiser in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Notice, which may be viewed on https://www.70mai.com and https://70mai.my, as may be revised or amended or supplemented from time to time ("the Organiser's Privacy Notice"). In addition and without prejudice to the terms in the Organiser's Privacy Notice, you agree and consent to your personal data or information being collected, processed and used by the Organiser for:

1. 34.1the purposes of this Contest; and
2. 34.2Marketing and Promotional Activities (as defined below) conducted is such manner as the Organiser deems fit in any media including but not limited to any form of advertising or publicity media and materials such as audio and/or visual recordings published through newspaper, television network, radio stations or online and digital media and on the Internet, without further express consent from you and without any reward/loyalty to be given by the Organiser.

35."Marketing and Promotional Activities" include without limitation the use and/or publication of any details provided in and/or in connection to the entries, interviews material as well responses and related photograph. In this regard, you agree to co-operate and participate without further express consent and /or payment or consideration, in all reasonable advertising and publicity activities of the Organiser in relation to this Contest. You agree that the Organiser has the right to publish, broadcast, televise, distribute, use or otherwise reproduce your post(s) on social media in relation to this Contest without having the need to obtain your prior consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you hereby permit the Organiser to publish and/or use your photograph and/or image(s) for Marketing and Promotional Activities, if so required.
